To set up your FG Aesthetics + Medicine Beauty Bank, simply fill out the online form, call us at 406.200.8331 or email us at info@fgaestheticsandmedicine.com. Once you have signed up and your first payment has been processed, you will receive immediate access to your Beauty Bank perks.
How much does it cost to set up a Beauty Bank?
The FG Aesthetics + Medicine Beauty Bank is completely FREE to join! You simply make a deposit of $100, $150, or $250 every month and apply it to your products and services when you visit. Basically, a savings account for your favorite products and services here at FG Aesthetics + Medicine
What is the Anniversary DiamondGlow facial perk?
All Beauty Bank members will receive an Anniversary DiamondGlow® facial free of charge to celebrate 12 consecutive months of an active Beauty Bank with FG Aesthetics + Medicine. Anniversary DiamondGlow® facial must be claimed within three months after the Anniversary date before it expires.
Do any of my funds expire?
Beauty Bank funds NEVER expire. If you aren’t using your Beauty Bank funds every month, they will only continue to grow.
Can I switch between Beauty Bank tiers?
You can switch between Beauty Bank tiers at any time. To make any changes, please speak with your provider or submit your change request to info@fgaestheticsandmedicine.com 30 days prior to your next payment date.
Can I cancel/close my Beauty Bank at any time?
Beauty Banks may be closed at any time. Beauty Bank monthly deposits are automatic until canceled. To cancel/close your Beauty Bank, please submit your cancellation request to info@fgaestheticsandmedicine.com.
